Official Installation and Activation Steps:

1. Log on to the official website: https://portal.office.com
2. After logging in with the provided account and initial password, you will be prompted to change your password. Please ensure you remember your new password.
3. Click on “Install Office” located in the upper right corner to initiate the download of the official installer. (If you require alternative language settings or system specifications, please use the alternative installation option).
4. Once the installation is complete, use your account credentials and the newly set password to log in and activate Microsoft Office 365.

If you’ve already installed Microsoft 365 and need to activate it, please follow these steps to resolve the issue:

1. Launch any new or existing Word or Excel document.
2. Navigate to the upper right-hand corner and select “Log In.” If you are currently logged in with a personal account, choose “ADD Account.”
3. Copy and paste the provided premium account email address that you received from us.
4. When prompted, enter the generated password; you may skip this step if you have already reset the password.
5. Upon successful login, your subscription will be activated, and your software will be ready for use.

To check your Microsoft Office license information, follow these steps:

1. Open any Office Application: Launch any Microsoft Office application such as Word, Excel, or PowerPoint.
2. Access Account Information:
   • For Office 365 or Microsoft 365 Subscription:
     • Click on the “File” tab located in the upper-left corner.
     • Select “Account” from the left-hand menu.
3. View License Details:
   • In the Account Information section (for Office 365 or Microsoft 365), you’ll see details about your subscription, including the product name, expiration date, and subscription status.
